Louise bakes a fine selection of knee-weakening cakes, desserts & pastries in our dedicated pastry kitchen. Striving to better the range, we have seasonal specialities such as Raspberry & Almond Polenta cake and winter indulgences like Caramel Butter Bar.
Our own range of ice-creams handmade at the Deli uses organic milk, real fruit & sustainable ingredients. Available in tubs: Strawberry, Chocolate, Vanilla, Monmouth Coffee, Salted Caramel & Raspberry.
Every morning sees a bake off of croissants, Baguettes, Pain Au Chocolat and Cedric Le Doux's own recipe for Almond Croissants. From Brownies & Blondies to Gingerbread Men our deli cake, biscuit & pastry range is ever improving.
