Maria Jesus is a small producer of artisan pulses + preseves based in Navarre, Spain with the highest quality natural products with no preservatives or additives which have long been a Deli store-cupboard essential.

Conservas Artesanas Mª Jesús was founded in 1985 as a small vegetable canning company that would later also incorporate canned fish and meats of the region.

They highlight typical locally grown vegetables from the Navarre, Spain that are recognized throughout the world such as piquillo peppers, asaparagus, lentils, pochas beans and tomatoes.. Thanks to the way they make their preserves by hand, they have managed to make their products as natural as possible using traditional recipes, we achieve high quality for the most demanding palate.

 Heat sterilization is sufficient to preserve the product in perfect condition until the moment of consumption. The speed of the heat treatment of the preserve and its sterilization technique ensure that its original vitamins are maintained. The proteins in canned vegetables, fish, seafood or meats all keep their entire biological value intact too.
