Mulino Bianco, the white mill, is an Italian bakery brand that produces biscuits, snacks, breads and cakes, owned by Barilla. Founded in 1974 under the coordination of Giovanni Maestri, the Mulino Bianco brand was created to differentiate Barilla's production, historically linked only to pasta.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, vegetable oils (sunflower, corn, rapeseed, soy), sugar, high quality pasteurized fresh milk 4%, crystalline sugar 4%, raising agents (ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), salt, wheat starch, honey, milk proteins, vanillin flavoring.
May contain traces of nuts, sesame, soy and eggs.
