Mulino Bianco, the white mill, is an Italian bakery brand that produces biscuits, snacks, breads and cakes, owned by Barilla. Founded in 1974 under the coordination of Giovanni Maestri, the Mulino Bianco brand was created to differentiate Barilla's production, historically linked only to pasta.

Ingredients: Wheat flour 62.4%*, sugar, sunflower oil, wheat starch, fresh eggs, butter, fresh pasteurized cream 2.5%*, salt, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate, flavorings.
