They are hand made with almond flour marzipan, infused with Maraschino liqueur distilled from marasca cherries of northern Italy.
Covered with 70% chocolate from sustainably farmed San Domingo cocoa, the combined flavours and texture are seductively refined, not overly sweet but mildly alcoholic.
