Ingredients Original : water, sugar*, tea leaves (Darjeeling, Ceylon and Oolong), kombucha start culture.
Ingredients Raspberry: Water, raspberries, sugar*, tea leaves (Darjeeling, Ceylon and Oolong), kombucha starter culture.
Ingredients Ginger + Lemon: Ingredients: Water, fresh lemons, fresh ginger, sugar*, tea leaves (Darjeeling, Ceylon and Oolong), kombucha starter culture.
*Sugar is needed for fermentation cultures to work their magic. There is only a little left at the end of the process, so you can enjoy a refreshing and well-balanced drink.
Cambucha is alive and not pasteurised, so occasionally you might find floaty bits. Don’t panic- it’s a good thing. They’re a sign of the natural fermentation goodness your gut loves.
